Terms and Conditions
- It is mandatory for customers/clients/patients to submit all the relevant medical reports, documents and other relevant information before taking any services.
- Bharatpeak Business Services Private Limited provides services related to Demat Accounts, Savings Accounts, Mutual Funds, Loan Services, Health Cards etc.
- Bharatpeak Business Services Private Limited will not provide any services on the basis of incomplete information and improper documents.
- There will be no direct charges for any card or related services provided by the company.
- Cashback points / Rewards will be given by the Company to our customers on the basis of number of services taken by customer. Rewards will be in the form of cash only and will be paid only through digital means.
- The Company shall not be obligated to pay for services availed without prior information or in an emergency, unless notified in advance.
- The minimum validity of “Apna Health Card” will be 3 Months.
- The customers can get it renewed after 3 Months by paying nominal charges.
- If the Card is used after expiry, the company will not be held responsible for the payment.
